Fertility Yoga with Jane was a wonderful experience! It was a new type of yoga and breathing technique for me, and definitely worth it. I saw a positive impact, after just 3 months I got pregnant. After that I moved into the pregnancy yoga class, the classes were just what my body needed and I made really good friends on the course, there was even a girl who gave birth the same week as me, so we shared our entire pregnancy together. I definitely recommend if you are looking for natural fertility help and nice yoga classes.
I practiced prenatal yoga twice a week with Jane for 17 weeks and continued right up until I gave birth. The pregnancy yoga and pilates helped me stay strong and flexible and the meditation and talks with Jane and the girls kept me relaxed and I felt supported as my body and life was changing. Jane is really lovely, she not only gives great classes but also built a friendly community feeling so you can connect with the group, ask questions, share your experience and make friends with other mums. She genuinely cares and followed up to see how I was doing through and after my birth. I highly recommend pregnancy yoga classes with Jane and I’m looking forward to doing the mums & babies postnatal exercise course.
When I started FemFlow cycle syncing yoga with Jane, I had been suffering from a hormone imbalance for years. I was producing too much testosterone and my gynecologist only offered me medications that masked the symptoms but didn’t cure it. When I started to practice femflow yoga daily I very quickly felt the difference, my body started to take a more feminine shape and I felt more connected with myself. When I finally tested my hormones again 7 months later, my testosterone levels were totally normal, without any medication. Jane is very inspiring and warm and gives helps her clients in a very personalized way. Thank you Jane for teaching me the the restorative and healing power of yoga. I really didn’t realize to which level we have the potential and responsibility of healing from within.
