FEMFLOW POSTNATAL COURSE
Ease your body back into shape with gentle abdominals and pelvic floor work to support your recovery. We’ll also focus on opening the chest, shoulders, upper back and neck to release tension from breast feeding. And we’ll even reprogram your home habits to make sure you’re picking up heavy strollers and babies in a way that respects your back! Classes are short to support you getting on the mat for at least 15-20 mins while your baby naps! And we even have flows that are suitable for Mums and babies to bond and have fun while working out!!
